ESPN/Fox Reporter and Dancing With The Stars Erin Andrews is suing a Tennessee Hotel for $75 Million dollars after a man from Westmont altered a peephole to illegally film Andrews inside her room.
The man, Michael Barrett, is an ex-insurance executive from Westmont who was already arrested and convicted of interstate stalking charges back in 2010.
The latest lawsuit is against the Marriott Hotel in Nashville who allegedly provided Barrett with information such as Andrew’s Room number on the day of the peephole incident.
Barrett had reportedly been following Andrews across multiple states trying to photograph the reporter inside her hotel rooms.
Andrews’ lawsuit was officially filed on Tuesday, October 13th.
