The Minnesota Vikings are gearing up to unveil their brand new, multi-million dollar stadium that will surely become the class of the NFL.
From thousands of glass windows allowing the field to fill with natural light to hundreds of luxury suites and boxes, it would seem the architects have thought of it all.
Except for one MAJOR detail… U.S. Bank Stadium, located in Downtown Minneapolis…sits on CHICAGO Avenue.
While not necessarily a deal breaker, you would think the Minnesota Vikings wouldn’t want a constant reminder of their NFC North Rival City every time they pull up to their HOME field.
Apparently the Vikings are trying to get the portion of the street changed to “Vikings’ Way” but we think Chicago Ave. sounds just fine.
What do you think?
